Donald C. Lowery, of Summitville Tennessee, went to his heavenly home to be together again with his loving wife and best friend Sharon K (Myers) Lowery on August 24, 2025 in Murfreesboro, TN after an extended illness; surrounded by his loving family. Don was born in Warren County, TN on November 4, 1952, to J.C. and Ola Lowery and later married the love of his life Sharon, creating 40 years of a once in a lifetime love.

Don retired from Carrier Corp where he was a member of local 483. Don loved God and loved people. A hero to his daughter. He loved his family and enjoyed fishing, hunting, cars and motorcycles.

He is survived by his mother Ola Lowery of Summitville, TN; Daughter & friend forever Kay Lowery Yates (Vale) of Murfreesboro, TN; Granddaughters Jessica Grimes (Alex) of Naples, FL, Candace Duncan (Rapheal) of Manchester, TN; Two great grandchildren Elijah Espy & Emiliah Trull of Manchester, TN; One brother Tim Lowery (Tricia) of Manchester, TN; Special sister-in-law Pam Jones; Several nieces and nephews as well as host of family & friends. He was proceeded in death by his wife Sharon K Lowery (Myers), Father J.C. Lowery, son-in-law Shane Lowery, and mother-in-law Joyce Bailey.

The family would like to give special thanks to Gentiva Hospice, Cheryl Delz, Pam Jones, and Vale Yates for their wonderful care & compassion. Visitation will held at Manchester Funeral Home on Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 at Manchester Funeral Home beginning at 11:00 am. There will be a visitation held Friday morning before the service beginning at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Summitville Cemetery after the service. Manchester Funeral Home is honored to serve the Lowery family.
