Donald Keith Meadows, 76, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2023, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
He was born October 19, 1946, in Richlands, VA, son of the late William Eugene Meadows and Vernie Kansas (Horn) Meadows.
Donald was a math teacher for Cincinnati Public Schools for 30 years, and then went on to teach at the Southeastern Career Center and Cincinnati Hebrew Day School, retiring after over 40 years of service.
He was a member of the Dearborn Baptist Church since 1994.
Donald enjoyed music and played fiddle, guitar, and mandolin and he loved blue grass music and going to blue grass shows. He was a math man through and through. Donald was a helper, and he loved to give of himself to anyone in need.
Donald is survived by his loving spouse of 53 years, Rita (Hatfield) Meadows, daughter, Donna (Curtis) Clark of West Chester, OH; son-in-law, Andy Smith of Clayton, NC; grandchildren, Dallas Tyler Clark, Isabella BrieAnna Clark, Amber Elisabeth Smith, and Lily Davis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Eugene and Vernie Kansas Meadows; daughter, Kellie Smith.
Friends will be received Saturday, January 21, 2023, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at the Dearborn Baptist Church, 9636 S.R. #48, Aurora, Indiana.
Services will be held at the church at 1:00 pm with Pastor Darrell Sparks officiating.
Interment will follow in the Oakdale Cemetery, Dillsboro, Indiana.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the Mission Fund at Dearborn Baptist Church. If unable to attend services, please call the funeral home office at (812) 926-1450 and we will notify the family of your donation with a card.

We always loved how happy and joyful he was. We loved when he brought tomatoes over to us and cheered Brooklyn on when she was playing basketball. It was so cute to see Brian and him sit on their lawnmowers and talk. He was such an amazing man, and he always had a smile on his face.
