Obituary of Donald D. Stauffer
Donald D. Stauffer, 82, of Pottstown, PA, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2024, at Phoenixville Hospital with family by his side. He was born on October 25, 1942, to the late James and Alice (Auber) Stauffer in Montgomery County.
Donald was a proud graduate of Pottstown High School, class of 1961. He spent the majority of his life in the Spring City and Limerick area, where he made countless memories and friendships. A dedicated professional, Donald worked at Mackissic for 27 years, where he was the lead supervisor of manufacturing before retiring.
Donald was a devoted member of Berean Bible Church of Pottstown and a member of Goodwill Fire Company Pottstown. He had a passion for woodworking and refinishing furniture, spending countless hours creating beautiful pieces. He also enjoyed camping and cherished time spent with family.
He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Judy Stauffer; his daughter, Jill Mull; his brother, Richard K. Stauffer; and his parents, James and Alice (Auber) Stauffer.
Donald is survived by his son, James W Stauffer and Wife Lisa Stauffer; his brothers, James R. Stauffer Jr. and Dennis C. Stauffer; his sisters, Barbara Bainbridge and Jean Miller; three grandchildren, Amanda Stauffer, Carrie Stauffer, and Michael Mull; and three great-grandchildren, Finnley, Alexandria, and Sadie. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation on January 3rd 2025 from 10 am to 11 am at Berean Bible Church, 2675 E High St, Pottstown, PA 19464. A service will be held immediately after the visitation. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Berean Bible Church in Donald's memory.
