Donald Tolar Obituary

Mr. Tolar, a retired Administrator for D.O.T.D., passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at the age of eighty-two. He was a loving husband and father. He was proudly the camp cook at the deer camp and loved taking care of the "boys" in their 40's and 50's. Mr. Tolar was a hard worker and dedicated to his job. One of his favorite pastimes was working in his immaculate yard.
He is survived by his wife of thirty-seven years, Donna Yeldell Tolar; son, Todd Tolar; sister, Mary Nell Buxton, and husband John T.; brothers, Jimmy Tolar, and wife Helen, Freddy Tolar, and wife Becky, Rickie Tolar, and wife Rhonda; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Mr. Tolar is preceded in death by his parents, Murphy Redick and Ruth Eunice Edwards Tolar; and siblings, Murphy Tolar Jr., Tommy Tolar, and Charles Tolar.
Serving as pallbearers will be Larry Tolar, Phillip Tolar, Sammy Tolar, John Lynn Buxton, Terry Dumas, and Gary Yarbrough.
