Donald Ray Warlick

Donald Ray Warlick, 61, of Princeton, Texas, went to be with his Heavenly Father on March 1, 2024. Donald was born on August 23, 1962, to Alice and John Henry Warlick in Dallas, Texas.
Donald, also known as "Duck" to everyone, was known for how deeply he loved his family. Duck and Pam began dating in 2007. The couple dated for several years before tying the knot on October 10, 2020. During his time with Pam, the merging of their family was seamless. Duck treated her children as his own and was known for being a doting "Papa Duck". He often took his granddaughter, Kinslee, out on his mule for rides and always letting her "drive" the boat on the lake. Harley riding was a favorite, often going on various cross-country rides with his favorite cousin Rodney and other friends. Duck was an active member of the community, he was a 32nd degree Mason and a Shriner. He also enjoyed various hobbies, including hanging out on the lake in his boat, fishing, and cookouts. Duck also liked tinkering around in his shop, and in his younger days was known to hit the slopes to snow ski with friends.
Donald is survived by his wife, Pamela Warlick; children: Krista Emerson, John Garber; granddaughter, Kinslee Belle Emerson; siblings: Kenneth Warlick and wife Sherry, Sandy Bowen and husband Ron, David Warlick and wife Kelly; numerous nieces and nephews; dear friend and cousin, Rodney Warlick and wife Karen; beloved pet, Koko; along with a host of loving friends and extended family.
Donald is preceded in death by his parents; nephew, Daniel Bowen; and niece, Amanda Warlick.
The family will have a memorial service at Faith Baptist Church in Princeton on Saturday, March 23, starting at 11:00 AM.
