Donald was born in Newark, N.J. on November 12, 1958. He was the son of Gerardina (nee Gonnella) and Giambattista "John" Tenore. Donald was a longtime resident of West Orange, N.J and was employed as a Stock Clerk at Sears, Livingston, N.J.
Donald was an active parishioner of Our Lady of The Valley Church where he was a member of the choir. He enjoyed listening to Opera music, Elvis and was an avid sport fan, especially the New York Yankees. Donald enjoyed bowling and had a sweet tooth for desserts. He also liked spending time at the Arc of Essex County where he made lasting friendships over the years.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral mass on Saturday, August 6th at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Valley Church, 510 Valley St, Orange, N.J. Burial will be private. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Paul Ippolito Berkeley Memorial.
