After many health struggles Donna Kay Anderson passed away on April 25, 2025. She was born on August 25, 1943 in Houston,Texas. She was a graduate of John H. Reagan High School and then a long time employee of several different oil and gas companies.
She enjoyed dancing in her younger years and even competed in dance competitions where trophies were won. She didn't have any children of her own but loved her nieces as if they were her own. She loved spending time with family at family gatherings, dance competitions, baseball and softball games or catching up with friends, especially on the phone.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte Anderson, her father, David Anderson, and her boyfriend of 30 years, Frank Watts. She also leaves behind her sister, Sue Lancaster, brother-in-law, Ernest Lancaster, nieces, Tonya Twilla and Stacia Carew, their husbands Jon Twilla, and Marcus Carew, her great nieces Kayla Carew, Karlee Carew and Allison Twilla and her great nephew Zachary Twilla.
Services will be held Saturday, May 3, 2025 @ Woodlawn Funeral Home @ 11:00. There will be a visitation from 10:00-11:00 before the service. Pallbearers will be Ernest Lancaster, Marcus Carew, Jon Twilla and Zachary Twilla.
