Donna Jean Austin

Donna Austin has gone to be with Jesus, in the loving care of her family on April 3, 2025.
Her top priority in life was always God and family. She thrived in her role as a daughter to Patricia and Donald Watson, wife of 40 years to Dave Austin, and Mother to Catlyn Austin, Cody (Tiffany) Austin, and Layne (Gene) Kalis. She loved many cats and dogs through the years, and you would be shocked how many of her cats found her instead of the other way around. But her favorite role of all was being "Gigi" to her three grandkids: Oakley and Drake Austin and Alexander Kalis.
Donna's life was filled with adventure, laughter, and so much LOVE. You could catch her cheering in the stands or at the TV for her favorite NASCAR driver (drive baby drive!), being outside in the fresh air or waiting to see how much snow would come in the next blizzard. She loved Cornerstone Church and praising the Lord for His grace and blessings along the way.
The loss of this amazing woman will leave a hole in the heart of many friends, neighbors, family members, coworkers, and an entire community. She was a believer, powerhouse, a fighter, a lover, and truly unforgettable and irreplaceable.
She has found eternal peace in heaven alongside, Father - Donald Watson, Brother-In-Law - Danny Austin and Daughter
- Catlyn Austin.

A Memorial Service will be held at Cornerstone Church of Highland, 4995 N Hickory Ridge Rd, Highland on Friday, April 11, 2025 at 11am.
A visitation will be held at the church prior to the service starting at 9:45a.
