Donna Groft Obituary
Donna was born in Hanover on October 5, 1944 and was the daughter of the late Rodney and Mary (Sanders) Lawrence. She graduated from Delone Catholic High School and went on to work in the floral business for most of her life. Donna was a life member of The Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. In her free time, she enjoyed decorating her home and playing bingo.
Donna is survived by her children, Michael Groft and wife Mary, Melissa Buehrle and husband Eric, Michelle Staub and husband Eric, and Marcia Corbin and husband Randy; her grandchildren Matthew, Jacquelyn, Rachel, Hannah, Dustin, Jacob, and Jackson; and her great-grandchildren Miles and Theo.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday December 30, 2025 at 11:00AM at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, 30 Basilica Dr. Hanover PA 17331, with Monsignor Robert Lawrence celebrating. The inurnment will immediately follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Donna's memory can be made to The Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, 30 Basilica Dr., Hanover PA 17331.
