Donna M. Lundell, age 86, of Cannon Falls, died on Monday, October 2, 2023 at Cannon Rivers Senior Living..
Donna Mae Lundell was born on March 7, 1937, in Faribault, the daughter of Donald and Evelyn (Balfe) Krueger. She grew up there, graduating from Faribault High School in 1955. Donna was united in marriage to Melvin L. Lundell, who passed away in 2020. She was a homemaker, a waitress, and a Nurses’ Aide at the Cannon Falls Hospital. She loved listening to music. She had many records and enjoyed all types of music. Donna also loved being outdoors, and taking care of her kittens and racoons. She generously volunteered her time at The Gardens of Cannon Falls, encouraging and helping the residents there.
Survivors include her children Todd (Lori) Lundell, of Clearbrook, MN, Danny (Mary) Lundell, of Cannon Falls, Tony (Carol) Lundell, of Ellicott City, Maryland; grandchildren Kristopher, Stacy, Luke, Andrew, Alexandria, and Levi; 13 great-grandchildren and one on the way; as well as several nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, October 28, from 1-2 pm at Lundberg Funeral Home, 5839 Hwy 19 Blvd, Cannon falls, MN 55009. There will be a short message at 2 pm. Private interment will take place at the Cannon Falls Cemetery.
