Donna Sue Moon, age 85, passed away at Medical City Hospital in Plano, Thursday, August 1, 2024. She was born to Selwyn and Ruth Elizabeth Jackson on May 15, 1939, in Indiana.
She married Bobby Moon.
She worked as a secretary for Sherwood Medical. She enjoyed spending her time quilting, crocheting, and sewing. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling and snorkeling.
She is survived by her three daughters: Conny Wright and husband Larry, Brenda Fenn and husband James and Elizabeth Walden. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Heather Velez and husband Isaac, Bobbi Vaughan and husband Ian, Brandon Wright and wife Alisa, Taylor Morrow and husband Justin, Tiffany Samples and husband Nathan, and Brittany Lewis and husband David. She has the following great-grandchildren: Vivi and Josh Velez, Audrey Newman, Ava Vaughan, Jackson and Katie Vaughan, Stephanie Wright, Lauren Wright, Macy Wright, Taylor Wright, Evie Morrow, Aiden Samples, Randen Samples, Britten Samples, Jadyn Lewis, Carter Lewis, and Kynleigh Lewis. Her surviving siblings include Sandra McPherson, Mary Alexander, and James Jackson.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Selwyn and Ruth Elizabeth Jackson, husband, Bobby Moon and one sister, Cheryl Jackson.
