It is with heavey Hearts we announce the passing Donnell Williams Basham. Donnell was a resident of Morenci, MI, and passed away while she was a patient at University of Michigan Hospital after a lengthy battle of health issues. She was born October 10, 1969, in Morenci, MI, to Alden Williams and Nina Williams which have both preceded her in death. She was a 1988 graduate of Morenci High School. Donnell was a very loving and caring woman, a wonderful mother, grandmother, aunt and sister. She enjoyed helping out at the Dairy Depot in Morenci, Michigan where she will be truly missed and her trips to West Virginia with her sister to visit a special aunt, Darlene Williams and Family. She loved watching her grandchildren and nieces, Nevaeh and Taelynn, and nephew, Sevrynn at sporting events. Donnell is survived by her children, Alden (Amber) Basham and Brianna (Jacob) Thompson; randchildren Lilliy-Ann, Lilly April, Chole, Savannah, Evalynn, Nina, Jozelyn Basham, Gabriel Mattingly, Lincoln and Freya Thompson; brothers, Daniel Williams, Randall Williams; and sister, Geneva (Henry Shea) Ballard. A very special nephew to her, Jeremy Williams and a very special friend that helped us with her care, Matt Bridge. Preceeding her in death were her parents, Alden & Nina Williams; her husband, Earl Basham, nephew, Justin Hoffman and granddaughter Jelly Bean.
