Ms Doretha McCuien

Doretha Garner was born June 10, 1957 in Detroit, MI to Jean M. Garner. Doretha accepted Christ at an early age. Doretha attended the Detroit Public School System. While in high school, Doretha matured and earned a high school diploma. Doretha graduated from Northwestern High School in 1975. After high school, Doretha was employed by The Department of Treasury for 32 years as a Collections Agent until her retirement in 2016. She was joined in holy matrimony with Sacherus McCuien. To this union two children were born. Doretha's favorite hobbies were reading her bible, shopping, arts & crafts, and traveling. Doretha departed this life on August 12, 2025. She was preceded in death by her late husband Sacherus McCuien, her mother Jean M. Garner, her sister Regina Garner, and her brother Rickey L. Garner . She leaves to cherish her memories: Marvis Franklin (fiancé), Satrina McCuien (daughter), Sacherus McCuien (son) - (Jamie), Felicia Garner (sister), six grandkids Deiaire, Devontaé, Devonaire, Jayveon, Janiah, and Treyon; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
