Dorothy Eldridge

Dorothy Evelyn Eldridge, born June 21, 1961, in Rochester, NH, passed away on January 2, 2026. She was the beloved daughter of Edward Dufault and Barbara Dufault (Heath).

Dorothy loved spending time at the beach and found joy in quiet, creative moments coloring and drawing. She was happiest when surrounded by her family, especially her siblings, children, and grandchildren, and treasured the time they spent together.

She enjoyed staying active and could often be found out walking, a routine she kept almost every day. Soft-spoken by nature, Dorothy was also known for being meticulous about her appearance, taking special care with her hair and nails. A wonderful cook, she showed her love for others through the meals she prepared and shared.

Dorothy's faith was an important part of her life. She found comfort in her beliefs and drew quiet strength from her relationship with God, which guided her with grace and humility.

Dorothy was one of seven siblings and shared close bonds with her family throughout her life.

She was predeceased by her mother, Barbara Dufault (Heath), and her beloved daughter, Trista.

Dorothy is survived by her father, Edward Dufault and her step-mother, Sharon Dufault; her daughters, Cheryl and Tanya; her brothers, Eddy Dufault, Rodney Dufault, and Joey Dufault; her sisters, Gaile Bavota, Julie Wotton, and Donna Allaire; and her cherished grandchildren, Braxton True, Makayla Valentin and Makenzie Myers.

Dorothy will be remembered for her gentle nature, her devotion to family, and the quiet love she shared with everyone around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
