A private family memorial service will be held at a later date for Dorothy Mae Guillot (Knight) of Gilbert, LA, under the direction of Dennard First National Funeral Home.
Dorothy was born August 2, 1944 to the union of the late Earnest and Gertie Ezell Guillot and passed from this life on February 6, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones in Alexandria.
Mrs. Knight is preceded in death by her parents; the father of children, Shelby Williams and a brother and sister in law, Rayford and Doris McVay Guillot.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Ernest Shelby Williams of Gilbert and Patricia Williams Kincaid and husband Greg of Extension, three grandchildren: Ross Kincaid and wife Hannah, Katie Kincaid Waller and husband Christian, and Amanda Kincaid Hitt and Ryan; and six great grandchildren: Adalynn, Abagail, Harper, Anna, John Ryan, and Larry Weston; a special nephew Randy Guillot and wife Lisa; special great nephew Derick Guillot and wife Tori; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and special friends and family.
