EAST GREENBUSH - Dorothy M. LeFevre, 62, of East Greenbush, passed away Monday, January 10, 2022, at home in East Greenbush. Dorothy was born August 1, 1959, in Albany, New York, the daughter of the late Louis and the late June (Hennessey) LeFevre. Dorothy worked in tolls and the building Maintenance department for the NYS Thruway Authority for over 24 years.
Dorothy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She especially loved tea time with her best friend and grandson. She enjoyed gardening, birdwatching, movies, camping, and trips to the ocean. She was always willing to lend a helping hand.
Survivors include daughter Cecilia (David) McLean, grandchildren Aidan and Ainsley McLean, a brother Anthony (Cynthia) LeFevre Sr., and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her brother Louis (Patricia) E. LeFevre Jr.
Family and friends are invited to attend Dorothy's Calling hours 4-6 on Tuesday March 8 with a memorial service at 6pm at the Rockefeller funeral home 165 Columbia Tpk Rensselaer
