Doerun, Georgia – Dorothy Jean Miller, 90, of Doerun, Georgia, passed away on Monday, November 17, 2025, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
Graveside rites will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, November 23, 2025, at Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens, with the Reverend Caleb Davis officiating.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 2:45 PM, Sunday, at Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens.
Born April 5, 1935, in Meigs, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Henry Crawford Trickey and the late Etoy Timmons Trickey.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Jay Miller; daughter, Robin Marie Klett; great-grandson, Taylor Anderson; siblings, Frances Faircloth, Maxine Reed, Ruthie Perkins, Jackie Trickey and Pete Trickey; and sons-in-law, Wayne Baker, Danny Cobb and Harry Beard.
She worked in quality control as an inspector for mobile home and recreational vehicle manufacture, enjoyed lighthouses and fairies, had a very good green thumb and enjoyed her plants and yellow roses.
Survivors include her daughters, Cindy Baker, Debra Cobb and Linda Shaw; grandchildren, Brandy Smith and husband, Wes, Amanda Anderson and husband, Tony, Constance Walters and husband, Travis, Myckinzie Cobb and wife, Jade, Victoria Pope and husband, David, Jeremy Miller and wife, Krystal and Derrick Lester and wife, Nikki; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Jackson, Jaylin, Sarah, Emilie, Meghan and husband, Garron, Nevaeh, Elizabeth, Cody, Braydon, Brandon, Bella, Sedonna, Katlynn and Joshua; numerous great-great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Shannon Klett; sister-in-law, Linda Trickey, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Memorial donations in her memory may be made to Moose Charities.
Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
