Funeral Services, 2:00 pm, Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at Full Gospel Bible Church of God, Franklinvile.
Officiating, Pastor Terry Batchelor.
Interment, Giles Chapel UMC/Victory Tabernacle, Asheboro.
Dot was a native and lifelong resident of Randolph County. She was a hard worker and had retired from Sapona Manufacturing in Cedar Falls, but had also worked with Burlington Industries, which later became Ramtex, Arrow, Bossong Hosiery, and Sara Lee. Dot loved the Lord and was a faithful member of Full Gospel Bible Church of God in Franklinville where she was secretary/treasurer of the church for 50 years. In her free time, Dot could be found taking pictures and eating at Chick-Fil-A or Sir Pizza. She truly loved everyone and never met a stranger. Dot was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Russell Millikan, daughter, Debra Ann Millikan, parents, Alfred Clarence and Mary Magdalene Eddinger Lamb, brothers, Robert Lamb, and Reece Lamb and sisters, Judy Shealy and Kay Long.
Survivors: daughters, Teresa Wilson (Ronnie), of Franklinville, Karen Millikan (Levert White), of Snow Camp, Sherry Turner (Gene), of Asheboro, sisters, Mary Moore, of Sophia, Barbara Otwell (Jake), of Franklinville, Nancy Tullock (Ronnie), of Climax, brothers, Billy Lamb, of Denton, Charles Lamb, of Seagrove, Ricky Lamb, of Denton, grandchildren, Shane Allred, Mitchell Millikan (Stephanie), Steven Millikan (Ashton), Destini Luck, and Carissa Skipper (Ryan), great-grandchildren, Michael, Graci, Colby, Bradley, Olivia, Brayden, Riley, Madison, Daniella, Christian, Thomas, Kieran, Ava, Presleigh, and Addie.
Visitation, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur.
