Dorris Gail Soule

Dorris Gail Soule, a beacon of love and creativity, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2025, in Cocoa, FL, at the age of 71. Born on July 7, 1954, in Jackson, TN, she was a daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother who brought joy and inspiration to all who knew her.

Dorris was preceded in death by her loving parents, Riley Jackson Berkley and Effie Mae (Diggs) Berkley, as well as her siblings Sonny, Bill, Alice, Margie, Jackie, Mavis, and Debbie Berkley. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive by her surviving family, including her children, April Sunshine Hall Fedorko and David B Hall, and her adored grandchildren, Austin Murphy, Kaden Murphy, and Alora Fedorko. She will also be fondly remembered by her siblings Glenn, Jenny, Larry, Janice, and Rickey Berkley, along with the rest of her extended family.

Dorris's life was a testament to her loving nature, creative spirit, and boundless energy. She found immense joy in expressing herself through writing poetry, a passion that allowed her to touch the hearts of many. Her voice was a gift that she shared generously, singing songs that uplifted the spirits of those around her. Dancing was another of her talents, and she moved through life with the grace and rhythm that she brought to the dance floor.
