Douglas Wayne (Doug) Eoff Jr. was born on March 17, 1957 and died on March 16, 2021 at his home in Frederick, OK. His parents were Douglas Wayne Eoff, Sr. and Loretta Marteney Eoff. He was born at El Paso, TX when his father was stationed with the U. S. Army at Fort Bliss. When his father was sent overseas, his mother moved back to Oklahoma to be near her family at Tipton. He attended grade school and high school at Tipton. He played football in high school. He married Pam Hill and to that union was born Douglas Wayne Eoff, III. He lived for several years in Frederick. then moved to Wichita Falls, TX to work for a long distance trucking company. After retiring, he moved back to the family home west of Frederick. He attended the church of Christ in Tipton. His cremains will be buried beside his mother's grave at the Tipton Cemetery.
