Douglas Erwin Obituary
Douglas “Doug” W. Erwin, 66, of Edgerton, WI, passed away on September 19, 2025. He was born on April 8, 1959, in Hillsboro, Illinois, the son of Charles Ray and Mary (Foster) Erwin. He graduated from Belvidere High School and served in the U.S. Air Force. He worked as an IT Technical Service Specialist for DWD CPS with the state of Wisconsin. He was a member of the NFRA. Doug was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and Nascar fan. He loved listening to 70’s rock music and collecting movies. His passion for cars was evident, particularly those with state-of-the-art technology. Known to his family as being a jokester and very smart, but also a loving brother, uncle, and friend.
He is survived by his sisters, Cheryl Erwin and Teresa (Mike) Futrell; nieces and nephews, Julie (Chris Girone) Fitzgerald, Matthew (Olivia) Giacomelli, Katie (Stephen) Martellaro, Michelle (Adam) Pohl-Erwin, and Blake Erwin. He is predeceased by his parents, Charles and Mary; brother, Michael Erwin; and sister-in-law, Mary Erwin.
No services will be held per his wishes.
