Douglas Mozal Obituary

He was born on November 22, 1968 in Sterling Heights, Michigan, to Carl Mozal and the late Margaret Frushour.
Doug leaves behind his daughters, Anna (Tony Seifert) and Amanda (Hunter Barjaktarovich), their mother, Patricia; grandson, Anthony Seifert. He is also survived by his father, Carl (Nina) Mozal, and his sister, Michelle Mozal. He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret, and her husband, Rich Frushour.
A proud veteran of the United States Army, Doug was known for his love of life and his humor. He had a passion for golfing, fishing, and making jokes-always the life of the party. Country music filled his heart, and he cherished spending time with those he loved.
A celebration of life will be held June 14, 2025, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Greystone Golf Course, 67500 Mound Road, Washington, Michigan 48095, where friends and family will gather to honor Doug's memory and share stories of his vibrant spirit.
Doug will be deeply missed, but his warmth, laughter, and legacy will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Doug and I had a running joke because I had gained weight and he asked me if I was pregnant being 59 years old I told him yes and he was the baby daddy that was our running joke forever that he was my baby daddy. He love to party pay for the whole table and just have a good time. I´m gonna miss you Doug. I wrote you the whole time you were in the hospital hoping when you got better you could read them, but you never did. Maybe you can read them in heaven God bless you, Natalie, baby mama.
