Doyce Milton Dingler, 90, passed away on February 9, 2026, in Decatur, Texas. He was born on March 22, 1935, in Kirby, Arkansas, to Luther and Blanche Dingler.

A celebration of life will be held at 10am on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Pkwy., Arlington, Texas 76013.  Doyce will be laid to rest alongside his wife at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Reverend Brenda Beaver will be officiating.

Doyce proudly served his country in the United States Army as a First Lieutenant and paratrooper. He enlisted in 1957 and served honorably until 1960. His time in the military reflected the courage, discipline, and quiet strength that would characterize the rest of his life.

In 1963, he married the love of his life, Marcia S. McGee. Their marriage was one of deep devotion and steadfast love, and together they built a life centered on faith, family, and service to others.

Doyce attended Henderson State University and later earned his MBA from the University of Arkansas. He built a successful career as a mortgage banker with Republic Bank in Dallas, where he faithfully served his clients and colleagues until his retirement.

A longtime devoted member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Arlington since 1964, Doyce lived out his faith daily. He was a self-sacrificing and soft-spoken man with a true servant's heart.

Doyce was a steady rock for his family. Gentle, kind, patient, loving, giving, and always present.

His quiet strength and unwavering support were gifts to all who knew him.

Doyce found joy in woodworking. He loved yard work and enjoyed caring for many of his neighbors yards.

He is survived by his son, Wesley D. Dingler and wife Patti; five cherished grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Blanche and Luther Dingler; all of his siblings, Glenn L. Dingler, Eldon T. Dingler, and Helen E. (Dingler) Patterson; his beloved wife, Marcia Dingler; and his daughter, S. Jeanice Dingler.

Doyce's life was marked by humility, faith, and a deep love for his family. His legacy of kindness, service, and steadfast devotion will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him.
