Duane Edward “Buddy” Knisley 60 of Bainbridge unexpectedly passed from this life Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Riverside Hospital following a brief illness. He was born Sunday, September 6, 1964, in Pike County the son of the late Carl William “Dutch” Knisley and the late Kathryn Louise Knisley.
He is survived by three children Renea Ann Neu, Bryce Douglas Knisley and Austin Edward Knisley; five grandchildren Mia, Maci, Riley, Barrett and Zaya; four brothers, Kevin Douglas, Martin Carl, Gregory Allen (Regina) and Eric Todd (Chasity) Knisley; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives including Aunt Jenny.
Duane enjoyed sitting in the shade watching the water and fishing.
A graveside service will be held 10:30 am Friday, September 20, 2024, in the Lapperell Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
The SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home of Bainbridge is serving the family.
