Dustin Robert Velcheff

Dustin Robert Velcheff 29 of Silver Bay, MN, passed away on Saturday, November 8th, 2025, at his home in Litchfield, MN.

 Dustin's life centered around his wife and children, whom he loved and adored more than anything. His passions were in the woods hunting, on lakes fishing, or on the trails wheeling or snowmobiling. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by him. We ask that you remember him not for the way his life ended, but for the way it was lived, his infectious smile, and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him. 

Preceded in death by his great-grandparents and a great aunt. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Chasity, and children Autumn, Carson, Waylon, and Payton; his parents, Joshua and Cassandra Velcheff; siblings April (David), Brooke (Rylan), and Addison; father- and mother-in-law John and Ann Westphall; brother-in-law Cody (Laura) Westphall; grandparents Jeff and Pam Ylatupa, Crystal Ylatupa, Richard Velcheff, and Diane Janzen; aunts and uncles Christina (Jay) Klemmer, Jesse (Crynessa) Ylatupa, Janthony Ylatupa, Ryan (Holly) Velcheff, and Jesse (Bj) Larson; and nieces and nephews Jayden, Bryce, Reece Westphall, Georgia, and Deegan Olson. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, November 17th, from 1 pm to 3 pm at the Beaver Bay Community Center, 711 MacDonald Ave, Beaver Bay, MN.
