Dwayne Chambers

Dwayne Chambers, age 51, Glenwood, died Thursday, October 22, 2009. He was born on March 8, 1958, in Lake Worth, Texas, the son of Aldon Chambers and Chloie Cook Chambers. On June 16, 1978, he was married to Tina Marsh. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Larry Chambers. He was a Maintenance Planner for Weyerhaeuser in Dierks, where he had been employed with them for thirty-one years. He is survived by his wife, Tina Chambers of Glenwood; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Terry and Sarah Chambers and Tony Chambers, all of Glenwood; one daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Ryan Fletcher of Glenwood; and two grandchildren, Kayleigh Chambers and Peytan Chambers. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, October 25, 2009, at the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Bobby Golden officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday evening, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Bear Creek Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
