Eamonn J. Grant of Larchmont, formerly of Dobbs Ferry, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend, passed away on September 21, 2024, at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, NY. He was born on June 9, 1991, in Yonkers, NY, the son of Eamonn and Mary Grant. Eamonn was a graduate of Ardsley High School, he went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University, completed his Master’s degree at NYU, and became a licensed Professional Engineer.

In 2014, Eamonn met his future wife, Caroline Spader. They were married on October 10, 2020, and together they created a beautiful family, welcoming two daughters, Mary and Ellie, who were his pride and joy.

Eamonn had a passion for tinkering with electronics and model trains, and a love for video games, gardening, and live music events. With his open and friendly nature, Eamonn made friends wherever he went. He had a deep connection to his Irish heritage, cherishing his visits to family in Ireland. While there, he found great joy in sharing stories over pints of Guinness.

Eamonn was an accomplished electrical engineer, working for the MTA for 9 years, where he designed the signal system for the Times Square shuttle, before continuing his career at Siemens.

Eamonn is survived by his loving wife Caroline, his two daughters Mary and Ellie, his parents Eamonn and Mary, his brother Brendan, his “Nanny” Angela Fullerton, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and out-laws, and friends who will miss him dearly.

A celebration of Eamonn’s life will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, from 4-8pm at Pelham Funeral Home, located at 64 Lincoln Ave, Pelham, NY 10803.

A mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday September 25, 2024 at 10am at Sts. John & Paul Church, located at 180 Weaver St, Larchmont NY 10538.
