Earl Clinton "Clint" Lewis, Jr. 69, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2024 at ECU Health Center.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024 from 5 to 7 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home in Greenville, NC.
A native of Pitt County, Clint was born on July 1, 1955 to the late Earl and Annie Bess Joyner Lewis. He was a graduate of North Pitt High School. Clint was employed with Hyster-Yale Materials Handling Group for many years. He worked on the assembly line and also in the office ordering parts for the assembly line. Clint gained many friends during his employment at Hyster-Yale Materials Handling Group. He was extremely dedicated to his job and loved his work.
Clint will be fondly remembered for being an avid NC State Wolfpack fan. He was often seen at the football and basketball games. Clint was extremely generous and kind. He never met a stranger.
Clint was preceded in death by his father, Earl Clinton Lewis, and his mother, Annie Bess Joyner Lewis.
He is survived by his sister, Ginger Lewis Davis of Orlando, FL, beloved cousin, Ryan Lee Alexander, wife Jo-Anna Alexander, and "Little Man" Tyler Alexander of Elm City, NC, beloved friend, Nadean Blalock of Greenville, NC, a special cat "Olivia Mae", and many other family members and friends that he dearly loved.
Until we are reunited again in Heaven, as Clint's closing statement always was, "In A Minute".
