Earl Gene Marlor, 81, of Cumming, GA passed peacefully away on Friday, December 13, 2024. Earl was a loving father, grandfather, and dear friend to many. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers Alvin, Calvin and Frank Marlor, and sisters Barbara Burden and Dorothy Copeland.

He is survived by his daughter, Logan (Andrew) Bickel of Layton, UT; his son, Carter (Brittni) Marlor, of Cumming, GA, and a sister, Yvonne (David) Holloway, of Dayton, OH, along with his 5 beloved grandchildren, Lillian, Watson and Wylde Marlor of Cumming and Coen and Emme Bickel, of Layton, UT.

He spent the rest of his life in and around Atlanta, GA, and worked at multiple car dealerships until he retired. He then spent 10+ years doing volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, building houses all around the metro Atlanta area.

A Celebration of Life gathering is being planned by his family and will be held in late April, 2025.

Met him at lifetime. He would attend my aqua classes time to time. Good friends with another member Eric who came to class. And other times just hanging at the pool and loved when he brought his grandson

Many fond memories of Earl. My condolences to Logan, Carter, and Jan. Introduced us to boiled peanuts and "corner kicks". A great vibrant and unique personality.
