Eddie Alberto Caraballo, age 58, passed away on June 23, 2024. Born on September 29, 1965, in Yauco, Puerto Rico, Eddie was the beloved son of Ana Carmen "Linda" Gonzalez and the late Eddie A. Caraballo Sr. He was lovingly raised by his mother and stepfather, Octavio "Tavo" Negron, whom he viewed as his true father.
He was a devoted father to Kenny Caraballo (Rosie Ovalle), Michael Caraballo (Ruby DeJesus), Lisette Santiago (Terrell Duncan), and Dalonte Wright. Eddie cherished his role as a grandfather to Junelis Gonzalez, Serenity Caraballo, Nathaniel Caraballo, Jayvien Sanders, Jaylien Sanders, Kenniel Caraballo, Angelo Caraballo, Tru Duncan, and Arelis Caraballo. He was a dear brother to Eddie Caraballo Jr., Margarita Caraballo, Carmen Miller, Ramon Negron, and Gladys Negron.
Eddie had a passion for attending car shows and spending time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed congas, watching La Comay T.V., had a love for Volkswagens, and was an avid fan of The Big Bang Theory. As the president of the VW Club, Eddie was a well-known figure in the community. He was a dedicated supporter of Donald Trump and also found relaxation in marijuana.
Family and friends are welcome on Friday, July 5, 2024, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center 3556 W. 130th St. Cleveland, OH 44111.
