Mr. Crooks was predeceased by brothers, John Henry Crooks and Raymond Baxter.
Mr. Crooks is survived by his daughters, Amanda (Travis) Harrington, Loretta Crooks and Justina Crooks all of Columbia, SC; brother Willie Crooks; sister, Clara Crooks Dawkins; uncle, Willie (Roy Lee) Baxter, Jr. of Newberry, SC; five grandchildren, numerous cousins and friends including long time dear friends Tony Neal and Prophet Chris Coleman.
