Edward Mick Obituary
despite the great efforts of the EMS and hospital staff. Born and raised in Madison, he remained
closely connected to the city where he created cherished memories - causing mischief as a
youngster, meeting and marrying his beloved wife, and raising his family.
Ed's also passed down his taste in music, particularly his love of Fleetwood Mac and Al Green.
His daughters being in love with and inspired by his vinyl collection.
He is survived by his daughter, Sara (Mick) Macintire; grandson, Isaiah Mick; granddaughter,
Mackenzie Macintire; brother, James; sister, Mary; and numerous nieces. He was preceded in
death by his father, James; mother, Ruby; daughter, Dawn; sisters Joann and Judy; nephews
Lance and Sean; and his wife, Jean.
An avid football fan, Ed loved the Badgers, but his heart belonged to the Packers. Win, Lose, or
Tie, he remained a devoted fan until the day he died,.
Ed will be remembered for his humor and the indelible mark he left on all who knew him. He will
be deeply missed.

Dartball with the church. I always looked forward to seeing Ed. He was always in a good or goofy mood. I appreciate it when he made it to my dad's funeral back in 2022. Hugs to Sara and everyone, I'm sorry for your loss.
