Edward "Ed" Newton Moore, 75, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at his home. He was born on April 25, 1950, in Hartford, Kentucky to the late Isaac Newton and Audrey Mae Gish Moore. Ed worked as a forklift operator for Ragu in Owensboro.

Aside from his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Bobby Gene Jaggers and one sister-in-law, Martha Jaggers.

He leaves behind to cherish many memories, his wife of fifty-seven years, Wanda Moore of Beaver Dam; three daughters, Monica (David) Everhart of Central City, Angela (Matt) Grafton of Henshaw, Kentucky and Kristy Dicicco of Beaver Dam; two brothers, Terry Dale (Lou) Moore of Horse Branch and Clinton Wayne Jaggers of Bowling Green. Ed was blessed with five grandchildren, Belinda (Chris) Richards, Janie Simpson, Jessica (Steve) Lewis, Alex "Zach" Britt and Krista Britt, three great grandchildren, Saryna Richards, Sean Edward Lewis and Henry Donald Lewis as well as three nieces and three nephews.

The family would like to say thank you to everyone that has put loving hands on our husband and daddy.

A private family graveside service was held on Monday, August 11, 2025, at Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam.
