Edward (Eddie) Page. Edward Page passed away at the age of 75 of heart disease on May 27, 2023 in Wenatchee. He was born to Ellsworth and Irene Page on June 22, 1947. Edward and his family moved to Ephrata in 1958. He attended Ephrata schools and graduated with the class of 1965. In 1966 he joined the Navy and was on the USS Richmond at Vietnam, honorable discharge in 1970. He married Susie Michaliszyn on May 15, 1993. They were married for 30 years and together for 33 years.
Over the years he worked as a heavy equipment mechanic, rock crusher, and truck driver. He was a truck driver for 20 years until his health forced him to retire at the age of 69. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, target shooting, watching the Mariners games, and most of all spending time with his grandchildren.
Edward is survived by his wife Susie at home, son Mark (Blair) of Moses Lake, stepson Brian Henson (Wendy) of Eagle River, Alaska, stepson Eric (Summer) of Ephrata, sister Ginger Campos, sister Arlene Burd, both of Ephrata, Brother Leonard (Katie) of East Wenatchee, sister in laws, Diane (Steve) Lipe and Mariann Boyd, brother in laws Steve Michaliszyn, Michael (Kay) Michaliszyn, and Frank (Dee) Michaliszyn. Grandchildren Chris, Blaine, Landon, Kennedy, and Lauren. He had numerous nieces and nephews.
He had a heart of gold, he loved everyone and was always so proud of his children and grandchildren.
His preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, brother Donnie.
There will be a graveside service on June 24, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ephrata City Cemetery. A luncheon will follow at the Country Deli in Ephrata.
