Obituary of Eileen M. Lennon
Eileen M. Lennon, 70, of Howell passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. She was born in Brooklyn and raised in the South Beach section of Staten Island before settling in Howell in 1999. Eileen worked as an accountant for Jersey Elevator Co. in Aberdeen for over 23 years. She was a skilled bowler who was in several leagues out of Country Lanes. Known by many as Lefty Lemon, she will be remembered by all who knew her as a wonderful caregiver to her family.
Eileen was predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Anne Lennon. She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Kevin Pinney of Howell; nine siblings, Diane Marshall and her husband, Jim of Staten Island, NY, Kathleen Lennon of Staten Island, NY, Thomas J. Lennon, Jr. and his wife, Betty of Emmaus, PA, Patricia Flynn and her husband Eugene of Jackson, Maureen Miller and her husband, John of Somerset, Peggy Lennon of Staten Island, NY, Elaine Lennon of Farmingdale, Jacqueline Ross and her husband, Lawrence of Farmingdale, and Sean Lennon and his wife, Jacqueline of Palm Coast, FL; and many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Monday, June 2, 2025 from 1:00 to 7:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 10:30 AM Funeral Mass on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township.
