Elaine was the beloved wife to the late Donald Jay Padgett. Devoted mother to Linda (Mike) Barbera, Barbara (Kevin) Hug and Donald Jr. She was a loving grandmother to Lauren (Matthew), Michael (Brie), Christopher, Shannon, Morgan, Stephanie, Charlie, Sullivan and Brian. She was a Great grandmother to Enzo and Parker who were the loves of her life. Elaine will be deeply missed by her brother Frank (Martha) and the late William (Elaine) Ellison along with her nieces and nephews.
Elaine was a 1958 graduate of the Episcopal Hospital School of Nursing and a dedicated nurse of over 40 years. She loved spending time with her family, playing bingo, cards and traveling with her friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Elaine's life on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at John F. Givnish Life Celebration Home at 10975 Academy Rd. Philadelphia, PA 19154. Visitation is 10:30am to12pm, with a funeral service to follow. Interment will be private.
