Elizabeth Ann Dunn (Stratford, Farrar)
November 27, 1933 – November 4, 2025
Elizabeth "Ann" Dunn entered her eternal home on November 4, 2025, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born on November 27, 1933, in Columbia, South Carolina, to Charles and Ruth Stratford.
Ann graduated from Neville High School in 1952 and later attended Louisiana Business College. She made her home in
West Monroe, Louisiana, where she enjoyed a long and fulfilling career as an executive assistant with Time Warner Television, serving there for over twenty years. Ann also devoted many years to the productions of Miss Louisiana USA and Miss Louisiana Teen USA, where her energy and grace left a lasting impression.
A woman of faith and music, Ann loved attending church and singing in the choir. She was the heart of her family-steady, loving, and full of warmth. Always fashionable and perfectly put together from head to toe, Ann carried herself with elegance and confidence, reflecting the care and pride she brought to every part of her life.
Known for her incredible cooking, she could bring everyone together around her famous pecan pie, chocolate pie, and Thanksgiving dressing.
Ann was preceded in death by her husbands, Jack Edward Dunn and Wayburne Kelly Farrar; brothers, Charles Roland Stratford (Teeny), Dick Kerr and Ken Kerr; sister, Pat Watts (Buddy).
She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Cynthia Farrar Smith; sons, Wayburne Kelly Farrar II (Janice) and Todd E. Dunn (Sharon); grandchildren, Charles Payton Smith (Katie), Chelsea Presson (Matthew), Brittany Farrar (Colt San Angelo), Wayburne Kelly Farrar III (Elise), Victoria Dunn Tipton (Chris), Lauren McNease (Ryan); and her great-grandchildren, Sarah Kathryn Smith, Harrison Smith, Anderson Presson, Palmer Presson, Evie Grace Presson, Emma Grace Nation, Gunner Nation, Adyson Farrar, Thomas Ethan Farrar, Lucy Greer, Caley Tipton, Axle Tipton, Hallie McNease, and JT McNease. She is survived by her sisters, Donna Webb (Amos) and Carol Blanchard (Frank). She is also survived by her nieces, Mary Ann Stegall (Pat), Sherry Martin (Greg) and nephew, Charles Stratford Jr (Daphne), along with many cherished friends and extended family.
Funeral services celebrating Ann's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe. Dr. Kevin Stewart will officiate. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park under the care and direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes, West Monroe. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday.
Ann's family takes comfort in knowing she is reunited with loved ones and resting peacefully in her eternal home with Jesus. Her legacy of love, laughter, and family togetherness will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
