Elizabeth "Betty" Fowler

Peacefully on Friday, December 24, 2021, Elizabeth "Betty" Fowler, age 95, of Ross Twp., formerly of the North Side. Beloved wife for 28yrs. of the late John M. Fowler; mother of Jack M. (Peggy) Fowler Jr. and the late Keith Charles Fowler; sister of Robert (Norma) Lutzinger, and the late Charlotte Miller and James Lutzinger; grandmother of Jack M. (Patty) Fowler III, Lisa L. (Kevin) Wheeler, and Tammy B. (Rob) Woessner; great grandmother of Jay and Justin Fowler and Kaitlyn, Krista, and Kiera Wheeler; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Betty's church and family were the main focus of her life. She enjoyed baking and cooking for friends and family and visiting with everyone at family reunions. Friends will be received Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Simons Funeral Home, Inc., 7720 Perry Hwy., Pgh, PA 15237 where the funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to ALSAC St. Jude Research Hospital, 600 Waterfront Dr. #210, Pgh, PA 15222 or Hiland Presbyterian Church, 845 Perry Hwy, Pgh, PA 15237.
