Public viewing for Ella Mae Mabry will be held on Friday, October 03, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Peoples Funeral Home, 886 North Farish Street, Jackson, Mississippi.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 4,2025 at 11:00 p.m. at Morning Star Baptist Church, 3420 Albermarle Road, Jackson, Mississippi. Her Final Resting Place will be at Autumn Woods Cemetery, 4000 West Northside Drive, Jackson, Mississippi

Ella Mae Mabry was born on March, 25, 1943 to Eva Anderson and Edward Golden in Goodman, Mississippi. She departed this life on September 25, 2025.

Ella accepted Christ as her Personal Savior at aearly age. She was a member of Morning Star Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. John R. Johnson, Jr.

She attended School in Goodman, MS. She retired after 35 years of Nursing.

Ella was preceded in death by her husband, James Mabry; her siblings: Rufus Anderson and Christine Anderson; her daughters: Barbara Jean Mabry, Jean Ella Mabry, Alisa Giles, Pamela D. Mabry, and Tonitia Mabry

Ella Mae Mabry loving memories will be cherished by her common law husband, Mr. Sherrod Turner; her children: Tommie Mabry Sr., Eddie Giles (Karen), Darlean Turner (Anthony), Annette Neil (Kevin), Terri Mabry (Mike), and Aleshia Mabry-Sanders (Janisha); a brother, James Brown; special extended family: her Morning Star Baptist Church family: Regina, Tiki, Bingo Hall Family; 34 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
