Ella Louise Wilson, 91, went to her heavenly home June 14, 2025. She was born in Sapulpa, OK on June 21, 1933, the daughter of the late Cora Hood Loyd and Earl Samuel Loyd. Raised in Sapulpa, OK, she attended Sapulpa High School. She and Billy Joe Cope were married in 1950 in Sapulpa, OK. They had three children, Jerry, Leda and Lorna.
She later married Harry Glenn Wilson on March 24,1979 in Houston, TX he preceded her in death. her sisters Lorene Ragland, Opal Jewel Ashworth McDowell, Betty "Zoad" Ashworth Elliott, Lena Arraya and Brother Johnny Bill Loyd, Her son Jerry Wayne Cope, her daughter Leda Ann Morales, Son-in-Law William Ray Morales Jr. "Willie", Step-Son Rodney Wilson and Grandson Joseph Michael Morales also preceded her in death.
She worked for Spring Branch Independent School District 30+ years as a bus driver and bus attendant. She loved her bus kids and watching them grow. She loved her job and retired in her eighties.
Louise loved Life, Family and Friends. Her greatest joy was her Grandchildren Trey, Joe, Bobbie, Kevin, Keith, Tami, Kim and Travis. And her Great Grand Children David, Madison, Jackson, Keaton, Maxwell, Isabella, Toby, Victoria, Kayla, Dylan and Carter. She loved to create ceramics, sewing, wreath making and giving as gifts.
She was an outgoing person and had a soft spot for animals. She was always ready "To Go", Party and Entertain. She loved to entertain, play cards and bingo. Always willing to give a helping hand. She was a warrior, protector, champion, dedicated, devoted mother to the care of her beautiful daughter, Lorna Renee Cope. She was eternally grateful to Christine Torrance and Reach Unlimited Family and loyal friends Brian and Kelly. She was a loving and loyal Friend, Wife, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She adored her best friend of 72 years, known to the family as "Aunt Janelle". Her partner in mischief, raising children, family and life.
Left to cherish her memory is her Brother Charley Eugene Loyd, Sister-in-Law, Judy McLaine, Step-Daughter, Glenda Whittaker, Daughter-in-Law, Paulette Murray (Tuck), Daughter-in-Law, Marcia Wilson, Daughter-in-Law, Rebecca Quisenberry (Scott), Grandson William Ray Morales, 3rd (Teresa), Grandson Robert Wayne Morales (Leticia), Step Grandson, John Kevin Matthews, Step Grandson, G. Keith Matthews (Donna), Step Granddaughter Tami Murray Braun (Bob), Step Granddaughter Kimberley Murray Jones (Jason), Step Grandson Travis Wilson (Dina), Great Grandson Maxwell Morales, Great Granddaughter Isabella Morales, Great Grandson Toby Morales, Great Grandson David Braun, Great Granddaughter Madison Braun, Great Grandson Jackson Jones, Great Grandson Keaton Jones, Great Granddaughter Victoria Matthews, Great Granddaughter Kayla Matthews, Great Grandson Dylan Matthews and Great Grandson Carter Wilson, several Nieces, Nephews, Friends and extended family members.
