Ellen Mae Breitenfeld Milligan, age 64, of Ripon, died Sunday, March 23, 2025, at Ripon Senior Living. She was born on September 28, 1960, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Arnold and Vivian (Marquart) Breitenfeld. Ellen graduated from Horace Mann High School in North Fond du Lac in 1980. After graduation Ellen participated in the Wisconsin Special Olympics in soccer and won a bronze medal. Ellen enjoyed adult coloring books, fishing, playing cards with friends and family, reading mystery novels, and spending time with her children.
Ellen is survived by her three children, Ryon (Chelsea) Westemeier, April (Roger) Labombard, Dale Jr. (Karrie) Seager; her grandchildren, Navaeh, Caiden, and Trinity; her father, Arnold Breitenfeld and his wife Dorothy; her sister Joyce Breitenfeld; and many cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Lon Thiede, Dale Seager Sr, and Carl James Milligan; her mother, Vivian Breitenfeld; her grandparents and aunts and uncles.
Visitation will take place on Monday, March 31, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 1:00 PM. Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place at a later date at Estabrooks Cemetery.
