Amy P. (Pfalzgraf) Mitchell, age 85, of Fond du Lac, died on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Hospice Home of Hope. She was born on December 4,1939, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Victor and Hazel (Stroup) Pfalzgraf. On October 25, 1975, she married James Mitchell in Powers Lake WI. He preceded her in death on May 3, 2015. Amy was a member of Church of Peace and the Martha’s Society. Religion was very important, and she used to give out communion in the community for the church, helped with rummage sales, and the mother/daughter banquet. She was also a member of the Red Hats and the Tops. Amy enjoyed spending time at the Senior Center, gambling bus tours, traveling in her younger years, and most of all she loved her dog Dolly and her family so much.

Survivors include her daughter, Sandra (David) Luth; her grandchildren, Shantae, Sondra, Steven, Shannon, Brianna, Jeremy, Brittany, and Bridgett; her sister, Diane Silva; her step-sons, Eddie Mitchell, Kenny (Terry) Fincke, and Wally Fincke; her stepdaughter, Polly Fairbanks; her Yorkie, “Dolly”; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death her husband, James Mitchell; her daughters, Kim Bell and Amy Jo Kivioja; her infant son, Dennis Fincke; her grandson, Michael Bell; and her sister, Pauline Parish.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow the service at Estabrooks Cemetery.
