In addition to his mother, Dewayne is survived by his wife, Wanda Carol Gooch Lewis, and two daughters, Isabella Lewis, and Abbey Lewis.
Funeral services will be 2:00PM Saturday at Davis & Powell Funeral Home with Rev. William Dooley officiating. You may view the service live at www.davisandpowellfuneralhome.com Burial will follow in the Pilot Knob Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Brady Begley, Robbie Puckett, Brandon Gooch, Rodney Short, Jordan Coffey, and Teddy Gooch. Honorary Pallbearers will be Robert Short, Robert Puckett, and Randall Grant. Visitation will be 11:00AM – 2:00PM Saturday July 8, 2023, at the funeral home.
