Eloise M. Larson

Eloise M. Larson, 89, of Rockford, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2022. Born October 23, 1932, in Rockford, the daughter of Harry and Ebba (Andreen) Anderson. Graduate of East High School, Class of 1950. Eloise married Robert A. Larson on May 13, 1967. He predeceased her on June 24, 2006. She worked for Elco / Excelsior Corp. before retiring in 1996. Eloise was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she was part of Linda Hallberg Circle, and Altar Guild and the Cornucopia Food Pantry. She enjoyed camping at Lake Mason Campground Briggsville, WI for 40 years with family and friends.
Survived by her son, Steve Lind of Rockford; daughters, Sally (Chris) Eickhorst of Sunrise Beach, MO, Sheryl (Richard) Cook of Machesney Park, and Sandy (Jeff) Belknap of Rockford; twelve grandchildren, Silas (Morgan), Neil (Blanca), Alison (Dan), Summer, Eric (Lisa), Emily (Richy), Erin, Kirstin (Brock), Nathan, Justin, Kaylee (fiancé Stu), and Laci Ann; great-grandchildren, Max, Miles, Josie, Sophia, Scarlett, Alexander, Shelby, Reagan, Berkeley, Collins, Luca, Knox, Navy, Adrianne, Gunnar, and Tatum; brother, Glenn (Veronica) Anderson; sister, Linda Folkerts; and sister-in-law, Rosemary Larson. Also predeceased by her parents. The family would like to thank Unity Hospice, All Life Solutions and Independence Village for their care.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Fred C. Olson Chapel, 1001 Second Ave., Rockford. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.
