She was preceded in death by her parents, Cliff and Sarah Baker; husbands, Robert Combs Sr., Russell Robinson; son, Robert Combs Jr.; grandson, James Hanna; sisters, Geneva Ziegler, Dorcas Moore. Elva was a member of Mount Vernon United Methodist Church.
She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Myra Hanna (Ronald) of Manchester, Tn.; son and daughter-in-law, Dan Combs (Donna) of Dalton, Ga.; six grandchildren; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends at the Rocky Face Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home on Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 11:30am until the funeral hour at 1:00pm.
The funeral service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 1:00pm at the Rocky Face Chapel with Rev. Dwight Henderson officiating.
