Emiliano Galindo, 65 years old, peacefully passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025 surrounded by his family at BellTower Rehabilitation in Granger.
Emiliano was born on November 3, 1959 in Durango, Mexico to the late Senior Liborio Renteria, Sr. and Carmen Galindo Reyes.
Left to cherish their memories of Emiliano are his wife, Maria Galindo; sons, John (Liana) Legus, Jesus (Cecilia) Galindo, Gabriel (Kayla) Galindo, and Angel Galindo; and grandchildren, Wiley, Wyatt, Weston, Lilliana, Lindsay, Stephanie and Bobby.
Emiliano had a love for the outdoors that was unmatched. Whether going fishing or embarking on construction projects, he found joy and peace in working with his hands and spending time in nature. His love for working extended past his job as he was always eager to help those around him. There was no problem too big or small that Emiliano couldn't fix - he was known for being the go-to person when something needed repairing. Emiliano loved baseball - especially the Chicago Cubs where he had an unwavering devotion. He was a proud fan, always ready to talk about the latest game or watch his favorite team in action. His enthusiasm for sports was matched only by his love for action or western movies, with Chuck Norris being a particular favorite.
Emiliano was also known for being extremely social. He was a people person, with a knack for making new friends wherever he went. One of his greatest joys in life was his family. Emiliano adored his sons, always eager to share experiences with them, teach them life lessons, and watch them grow into remarkable men, whom he was very proud. He also cherished his time with Maria, with whom he enjoyed long strolls window shopping and sharing quiet moments of connection. Emiliano leaves behind a legacy of love, joy, and unwavering dedication to those around him. He will be deeply missed.
