Emily was preceded in death by her beloved husband Werner Loewenstein and her loving parents, Ida and Phillip Monches. Emily leaves behind a loving sister Harriet (Mark) Perlin, and daughters Carolyn (Warren) Barrett, Barb (Jack) Gerbs, Julie (Robert) Bloom, Lisa (Jeffrey)Templeton. Emily was blessed with six adoring grandchildren, Jennifer, William, Jeffrey, Rachel (Matthew), Katherine, Benjamin. Family was everything to Emily. She loved cooking and baking, playing mahjong, traveling and being with family.
Graveside services on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 2:00PM at Golf Manor Cemetery, 2111 Anderson Ferry Road Green Township, Ohio 45238. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the friends of the IDF https://support.fidf.org/ would be greatly appreciated.
Please contact the family for gathering details following the graveside services on Monday. On Tuesday, a gathering will be held at 6:30PM with minyan at 7:00PM in Dayton. Please contact the family directly for more details.
