Eric “Robby” Robert Roberts of Ogden, UT, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2025. Born in Litherland, England on March 1, 1937, to Talbot and Jane Roberts. Eric attended schools in England, graduating from high school, and attended 1-year of junior college.
In May of 1954, Eric and his family immigrated to the United States. Eric continued his education attending school in the states.
On January 31, 1957, Eric joined the Air Force and proudly served our country defending our freedom around the world. He served 26 years of active duty. In addition, he served 26 years of civil service at Hill Air Force Base. The last few years, he volunteered at the Hill Air Force Base Museum.
On December 31, 1969, Eric married the love of his life, Clara Ann Conger. They enjoyed over 50 years of marriage before Clara passed in 2022. Eric and Clara enjoyed vacationing and taking the family on numerous cruises.
Eric is survived by his children, Scott (Ralita), Terry (Vernon), Talona (Layne) and Theresa; 10 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; one sister; and one brother. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Clara Ann Roberts; two grandsons; one brother; and one sister.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Rd., Ogden, Utah. Friends may visit with family on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
