Funeral services celebrating the life of Mrs. Erlene Holloway Sanches, 94, of Delhi, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, August 12, 2024, at the Crockett Point Baptist Church in Crowville, LA with Kevin Graham, Rev. Richie Kelly and Brady Cox officiating. Interment will follow in the Crowville Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Winnsboro, LA.
Mrs. Sanches was born on May 19, 1930, in Madison Parish, LA and passed away in Delhi, LA on August 8, 2024. She enjoyed quilting. She loved gardening and working with her flowers, but especially loved traveling and spending time with her family. Mrs. Sanches is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Jefferson and Mettie Pepper Holloway; her husband, R.V. Sanches; and her nine brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her daughter, Marilyn Cox and husband, Larry; Grandchildren, Joni Graham and husband, Kevin and Brady Cox and wife, Christi; great grandchildren, John Riley Graham and wife, Kinsley, Ben Graham, and Ellie Graham; sister, Sue Holloway Franklin; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be John Riley Graham, Ben Graham, Tommy Earl, Randy Earl, Artie Carter, and Joe Earl.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until service time on Monday, August 12, 2024, at Crockett Point Baptist Church.
Memorials may be made to the Gideon’s International.
