Erma Mary-Anne Dalton, daughter of the late Harold Schoen and Myrtie Mae (King) Schoen was born on May 15, 1933 in Ardeola, Missouri and departed her life on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at her daughter's home surrounded by loving family at the age of 90 years.
Erma was well known for her being a big part in her community from being an ombudsman, to giving her heart and soul to each and every one of her patients in the hospital. She gave her all in being a glamour technician and teaching those who had the passion to do and be the same. She wanted to make everyone feel loved and beautiful. Erma did all this in the eyes and help of the lord almighty.
She was a very strong, powerful and spiritual woman who did all in Gods name, she never met a stranger and spread the word of the lord. Erma was of the Assembly of God faith.
Survivors include one son, Bruce McCulley and one daughter, Annette (Laddie) Bridwell; five grandchildren, Leslie (Eric) Sesson, Zelma (Charlie) Lutes, Daniel Bridwell, Deanna (Brad) Richardson, and Julie McCulley, twelve great-grandchildren, Kevin, Lacie, Kristen, Christopher, Ethan, Seirra, Macenzie, Jessica, Haileigh, Taylor, Damion, and Faith; also, three great-greatgrandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John and by one sister.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 11:00 until 1:00 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral services will then be conducted at 1:00 with Pastor Teresa Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the Forrest Hills Cemetery near Morley.
